AwardBIOS 1.xx is a family of first versions of AwardBIOS, first released in around 1984. As of August 2023, no known ROM dumps or pictures are available for any of these versions. However, the existence of the versions has been confirmed by a database file in a BIOS detection program.
Setup Utility
Although barely any information is available online for AwardBIOS 1.xx, it most likely lacked a built-in setup utility (which is believed to be introduced first with AwardBIOS 3.xx in around 1987). However, its possible very late versions and code forks might have included one.
