Phoenix ROM BIOS Ver 2.xx is the second version of PhoenixBIOS, released by Phoenix Technologies in around 1986. This version introduced a copyright text for Phoenix in the POST screen and also some re-written error messages.
Most instances of this version do not include a built-in CMOS setup utility, although some very late instances may include one. To configure the CMOS settings on instances without a built-in setup utility, a configuration floppy must be used.
